 As of March 2008, we have updated all of our guestrooms. We are now offering a variety of room types, from Double Standard to a King Suite. All rooms now feature.... Sweet Sleeper pillow top mattresses and 27/29 inch televisions.

Room Descriptions:

King Suite: 1 Hotel King Sweet Sleeper Bed, full size pull out couch with ottoman, executive desk and high back office chair, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, full private bath/shower, hair dryer, iron, and private balcony. This is a parking level room and non-smoking.

King Deluxe: 1 Hotel King Sweet Sleeper Bed, two arm chairs with ottoman and table, executive desk and high back office chair, full private bath/shower, and private balcony. (May have microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.) Available on parking level and top floor,  both smoking permitted and non-smoking.

King Standard: 1 Hotel King Sweet Sleeper Bed, two arm chairs with ottoman and table, executive desk and high back office chair, full private bath/shower. This is a non-smoking room on the lower level with no private balcony.

Double Deluxe: 2 Double Sweet Sleeper Beds,  arm chair with ottoman, executive desk and high back office chair, full private bath/shower, and private balcony. Available on parking level and top floor, both smoking permitted and non-smoking.

Double Standard: 2 Double Sweet Sleeper Beds,  arm chair with ottoman, executive desk and high back office chair, full private bath/shower. Lower level rooms with no private balcony, both smoking permitted and non-smoking.

Please Note: All ROOMS have a view!!!!

Rates:

Seasonal: Range from $65.00 to $185.00

Pets Are Welcome. $10.00 /pet/night

Group Rates, Weekly Rates available.

ALL Reservations are Pre-Paid!

·        Your credit card will be charged when you complete your reservation.

·        The total charge includes all taxes and fees.

·        There are no refunds for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check out.

·        You must present Photo ID at Check In.

Room Policies

·        Cancellations or Changes Occurring within 7-14 days of check-in are subject to a 1 night Room + Tax charge.

·        Cancellations Occurring within 0-7 days of check-in are subject to Full charge of Reservation

·        A $25.00 fee will be assessed for changes in your reservation at any time prior to check in.

·        Cancellations or changes made after check-in are subject to a 100% charge.

·        Guests must be at least 21 years of age at time of check-in, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
